Yokosaka Brand Tengyosei Smoothing Plane:
Toriyama Gyosei, maker of planes available from Hida Tool Co. in the past,
has retired. His distributor now suppliues similar planes from another
source, and has named this line Ten Gyosei. Since the 70 mm size is used
most often in Japan, they wanted that to be made by the best blademaker.
This size is made by Yokosaka; thus the slightly higher price than the
others in the Ten Gyosei series. |
