Fujihiro brand chisel are made by Chutaro Imai, using the charcoal fire method to forge all of his tools. He began working side-by-side with his father, and they became internationally recognized for their hand-forged chisels and other tools.

Masashige brand chisels are made by Mr, Miyawaki of Miki city, Hyogo prefecture. He has 50 years of experience using the charcoal fire method, similar to swordmaking,, to forge all his chisels. They are available with handles of red or white oak, or boxwood. Since we introduced these chisels, we have received good reports about them from many woodworkers.
