more cobalt the stainless steel gains durability. The knives are well balanced with long lasting cutting edge and have rust-resistant properties. The chef
knife has a long and narrow blade to smoothly slice meat. The petty knife has a small, narrow blade to do delicate work and chop garnish. The all-purpose
knifefs blade is a santoku style, useful for general cooking. The handle is made of laminated wood and all the knives have a full tang. |
